Since motivation of personnel is a vital issue in supervision, participants will brainstorm tactics of motivation, and classify each method as to whether its effects would be short, medium, or long term. Finally, emphasis will be focused on the importance of a leader, carefully analyzing his/her environment and considering those in subordinate positions before choosing an appropriate leadership style.
